STATE TIMES NEWS NOWSHERA: The border residents of Kalal and Deing villages held a meeting under Sarpanch Romesh Choudhary in which they thanked the Administration for providing them with bunkers for shelter during ceasefire violations by Pak forces. At the same time the villagers said that the existing number of bunkers are not sufficient to accommodate them as such they requested for the sanction of additional number of bunkers. The villagers also demanded that the MNREGA bills and the payment of labour should also be cleared. They further said that they had projected the shortage of power in their village to the Divisional Commissioner and had suggested for the connection from Grid station Seri. The Div Com had accordingly issued instructions to the PDD which should be completed soon.
