JAMMU: In a petition filed by Pankaj Sharma seeking direction to respondents not to proceed with the selection process including counseling for allotment/allocation of discipline in the MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS courses for the year 2015, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal after hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Veenu Gupta appearing for the petitioner, observed that the petitioner was provided question booklet series “B” but inadvertently in answer booklet (OMR) of Paper-II she entered a series “A”, issued notices to Chairman BOPEE and others which was accepted by Advocate Anil Sethi and further directed that the Competent Authority should look into this aspect and accord consideration to condoning the inadvertence on the part of petitioner and also directed that selection process shall not complete till next date of hearing.
