STATE TIMES NEWS REASI: BJP IT & Social Media Department on Thursday organised an awareness programme over ‘No Single Use Plastic’ under ‘Seva Saptah’ campaign that is underway from September 14 to 20, to celebrate the birthday week of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Reasi. Former Minister Ajay Nanda, BJP State Co-incharges and Prabharis Jammu-Poonch and Udhampur- Doda- Kathua Parliamentary Constituencies Anoop Kotwal and Sanjeev Manmotra took out a rally and spread awareness over bad impacts of single use plastic and urged people of not using it in order to save the environment. Former Minister Ajay Nanda while addressing the Karyakartas and common people said that the rally was organised to tell people to stop the utilization of single use plastic as it is quite harmful for environment. He urged people to use jute bags while visiting the market to buy any commodity. Those who were present in No Single Use Plastic rally were Chairman Municipal Committee Shashi Puri and Vice Chairman Yograj Raina, MK Razdan, Dikshant Sharma, Paras Mani and Ankush Sharma.
