RAJOURI: As part of its commitment towards community development Indian Army presented gymnasium equipment to Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri under the Sadhbhavna initiative. The equipment was presented by General Officer Commanding Romeo Force to the Vice Chancellor of BGSBU, Prof Javed Musarrat, in presence of faculty members, students and Army Officers.
The benefits of doing regular exercise and improving physical fitness were explained to the locals attending the event. The gymnasium equipment has further enhanced the facility available in the campus that is being heavily subscribed by both faculty members and students and will promote healthy living practices amongst the youths. The locals applauded and appreciated by the army. The students and staff of the university conveyed their gratitude for the selfless service being rendered by the army to motivate the youth of the area.
