State Times News KISHTWAR: Army organised a Medical Camp for the benefit of the local populace of Khawas and nearby villages. A total of 310 patients including men, women and children of all ages were provided medical treatment and medicines. A lecture on good health practises and hygiene, including preventive measures against ailments like Jaundice, Malaria and Viral Hepatitis was also conducted. The medical camp was well received by the local populace and has proved to be another step towards “Winning the Hearts and Minds”. Speaking on the occasion on behalf of the locals, Sarpanch of village Khawas expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the Army for its pledge towards addressing the medical problems of the locals.
