RAJOURI: To ameliorate the medical problems of populace in far flung and remote areas, a medical camp was organised by Indian Army at Khadyon village of Rajouri District.
More than 125 patients, including men, women and children were provided medical treatment and check up, by the medical staff. Medicines were also distributed to the patients. The medical staff also provided counselling on hygiene and sanitation, importance of safe drinking water and modern day health lifestyle related diseases. The medical camp was well received by the local populace.
Sarpanch of the village expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the army for its pledge towards addressing the medical problems of the locals.
