JAMMU: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Employees Joint Forum met Agriculture Minister, Mohammad Khalil Band, MoS Agriculture, Ajay Nanda and Commissioner Secretary Agriculture Production Department, Mehraj-ud-Din Khan and discussed the issues being faced by the employees fraternity.
The delegation sought promotions, pay anomalies, Assured Career Progression, DPC, strict adherence to state level seniority and other similar issues. The delegation also submitted a memorandum for the promotion of leftover JAEOs as In-charge AEOs.
The Agriculture Minister, Nanda and Commissioner Secretary assured all possible support to redress the genuine issues of the employees’ fraternity at the earliest.
The delegation was comprised of Rahul Sawhney, Sourab Khajuria, Rajesh Langer, Kewal Krishan and Sanjay Moza from Jammu division and Hamid Shah, Syed Intkhab, Hilal Ahmed Giri and Shafat Ahmed Raja from Kashmir division.
