STATE TIMES NEWS NOWSHERA: Taking cognisance of the complaints from public against two officials, Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri on Monday relieved them of duties in their office at Nowshera and directed them to report to DC Office Rajouri for action under law. According to concerned Tehsildar’s report, the Head Assistant Qasim Hussain and Girdawar Shabir Ahmed were deliberately neglecting their duty and harassing the people visiting their office from far off places and border areas with their problems. “These officials had been compelling them for repeated visits for the reasons best known to them”, the people alleged in the complaints. Looking into the gravity of the matter, the ADC took a decision to relieve them and direct them to report to DC Rajouri for further suitable action against them at a higher level. While talking to STATE TIMES, the ADC said that the employees who fail to discharge their duties with dedication and honesty will not be tolerated.
