STATE TIMES NEWS REASI: Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandita on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Hem Raj, who is allegedly involved in rape with minor. After hearing both the sides, the court observed that the prosecutrix in this case is minor and was impregnated by the accused by deceitful means and from the record available at present there are reasonable grounds for believing that the accusation against the accused is prima facie true. “Moreover the offences alleged to have been committed by accused are very heinous in nature as he has spoiled the life of minor girl (prosecutrix).
