STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: J&K Accounts Employees Association expressed concern over various problems being faced by the members. In a meeting held here on Saturday, Kamal Singh Pathania, President said that one Deepak Sharma, Assistant Accounts Officer working in the office of PHE City Division-I Jammu was manhandled by a departmental daily-rated worker on April 9, 2019 for which an enquiry committee was constituted by the Chief Engineer PHE Jammu, while Additional Treasury Officer was also manhandled by some contractors on May 16, 2019 at District Treasury Office, Doda. “The authorities have not initiated any measure for taking stern action against culprits even after lapse of more than three weeks,” he said. The association asked the authorities concerned to take appropriate action in the aforesaid issues at the earliest.
