STATE TIMES NEWS SRINAGAR: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Kashmir on Monday presented charge-sheet (Challan) before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption Kashmir against Parvaiz Ahmad Siraj SO FCS & CA Office Srinagar in case of demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs. 2000 from the complainant namely Mohammad Altaf Dar, son of Mohammad Abdullah Dar, resident of Arigam in connection with processing of time bound promotion case of the complainant. A Case vide FIR No. 05/2018 Police Station ACB under Section 5(1) (d) P.C Act, Svt. 2006 read with 5(2) and Sec. 4-A (Amendment Act) 2014 was registered and the aforesaid accused was caught red-handed while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs.2000 on March 2, 2018. After completing the investigation of the Case sanction for launching of prosecution of the accused was obtained from the competent authority. While presenting the Challan before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption Kashmir, the accused was present.
