JAMMU: Jammu University unit of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organised a peaceful rally in the support of Kathua rape case seeking CBI probe to unearth the truth and give justice to the family members of victim.
Led by Ramnik Sharma, President ABVP JU unit, the students of various departments boycotted their classes for one hour and took out a rally in support of minor-rape victim. They demand CBI enquiry and a fair justice for her.
Suyash Gupta said that there should be an unbiased and proper investigation. “Only CBI probe would provide justice to the family of an eight-year-old girl,” he added. Suyash Gupta, General Secretary, Piyush Khajuri, Rajan Sharma, Atul Sharma, Taksh Jandiyal, Aakash and Uttkarsh were also present.
