STATE TIMES NEWS UDHAMPUR: With the aim to aware the cadets about importance of Yoga, an hour long Yoga session was organised in NCC camp for around 500 cadets. A team of four members had come from Bhartiya Yog Sansthan to demonstrate Yoga before the cadets. It is one of the oldest institutions which started the Yoga training in 1973. The members educated the cadets about various yoga poses and how these poses can cure physical ailments and correct the alignment of the body. Yoga poses tone the whole body, strengthen bones and muscles, correct posture, improve breathing, and increase energy which is the need of today’s generation. They further added that by learning the practice of yoga people become responsible for themselves. In evening parade competition of relay race was organised followed by cultural program.
