After Kuldeep Nayyar, Pakistan’s former Foreign Minister Khursheed Kasuri has spilled the beans, saying New Delhi and Islamabad were about to reach a ‘framework’ on Kashmir during Manmohan Singh’s first tenure as Prime Minister. The solution could have been what Nawaz Sharif had told to Nayyar in Jedah that neither Pakistan can take Kashmir, nor India will give it in a platter. The solution would have been converting the Line of Control as International Border. This being the realisation between two nations, is it a matter of pride or shame for Kashmiri secessionists, separatists and some mainstream leaders to look towards Pakistan with hope and think about seceding from the Indian domain?
